Club Éclectique held a private dinner for its members and friends at The Waterside Inn continuing the series of Capsule events. The guests enjoyed a sunset boat trip, discussed their bets and wins at Royal Ascot and of course experienced the culinary masterpieces by the only chef in the UK holding 3 Michelin stars – Alain Roux.
